Earlier this year, St Swithun's prep pupils published their own book called We Are Writers, a 300-page anthology of stories, poems and reportage. Every child in the school contributed at least a page of the finished text. Not only did they get the chance to become published authors but a few lucky pupils were given the opportunity to perform their poems for a radio audience on Winchester Today Arts Plus.
