There are two senior open mornings a year and these are held on a Saturday, one in June and one in October. Please feel free to bring your daughter and other members of your family who are interested in the future she might enjoy at St Swithun’s, a flourishing independent school for girls in Hampshire. NURSERY OPENING

As we prepare to open St Swithun’s Nursery, we are delighted to invite you to visit our newly completed nursery and preschool spaces. This will be an opportunity to meet members of the nursery team and key staff, enjoy refreshments, and connect with other families. Children will also have the chance to play, explore and become familiar with their new environment.

PREP SCHOOL OPEN AFTERNOON
Friday 9 October 2026, 1:30pm
Prospective families are warmly invited to come and explore our facilities, meet our staff including head of prep, Liz Norris, and chat to pupils to see what they love about their school. This event is open to families interested in any year group entry at the prep school.
EYFS STAY AND PLAY SESSIONS
Friday 25 September 2026, 9:30 - 10:30 am
Friday 13 November 2026, 9:30 - 10:30 am
St Swithun’s Early Years warmly invites you and your toddler to join our Stay & Play sessions. Children can explore our beautiful outdoor classroom and inspiring learning spaces, while parents and carers enjoy refreshments and the opportunity to meet other local families.

Your individual senior school visit will take you around the key areas of the school accompanied by a member of the admissions team. You will meet with a member of the leadership team. For senior school visits, please email us with your preferred days so that we can make the most convenient arrangement for you. These visits normally take between 60 – 90 minutes depending on whether your daughter would be a day girl or a boarder (senior school only). For prep visits, please contact Sara Mathieson via email (PrepAdmissions@stswithuns.com) or phone to arrange a visit. |

Online meetings or telephone calls with a member of the admissions team can easily be arranged – please get in touch. We also hold question-and-answer sessions online when needed and particularly for year 12 entry. We will advise parents directly when dates are scheduled.
