Boarding from London at St Swithun’s couldn’t be easier with the school situated on the outskirts of Winchester in the Hampshire countryside but just one hours drive from London.
Our London bus service is designed to be as convenient for London families as possible.
The bus leaves school on Friday afternoon and travels to Cromwell Road, Kensington, via Richmond Deer Park car park and returns to school on Sunday evening. We offer the same service for the beginning and end of all school holidays.

We live in Richmond and the option to come home on Friday and return on Sunday couldn’t be easier. But our daughter is having so much fun she is opting to stay in on the weekends!”

Our weekly boarders play a key part in boarding life in St Swithun’s, from joining in our Le Roy junior boarding house in L4/Year 7, through the senior boarding house Hillcroft, Earlsdown, Hyde Abbey and High House before finishing up with their peers in our Upper Sixth boarding house Finlay.
