Later today St Swithun’s School will be taking a squad of nine talented netball players to Northwich to compete in the final of the Sisters n Sport U15 National Cup. This is the first year of the cup, which is a knockout competition for both state and independent schools.

The U15 team has impressed on their route to the final, winning by margins of up to 46 goals in their journey through the preliminary rounds.

Head of netball at St Swithun’s, Kelly Drew, said “the U15 team was in the National Schools Finals last year. Reaching a cup final this year is testament to their consistency and ability.”

St Swithun’s will be taking on Solihull School in the Sisters n Sport National Cup Final on Tuesday 26 March.
