Pastoral – Day Girls
First year day girls join the Junior Day Girls' House, Chilcomb. In the second and subsequent years they are divided into Senior Houses – Caer Gwent, Venta or Davies. Members of the teaching staff act as Housemistresses or Housemasters and deputies and each house has its own common room and facilities in School. Weekly meetings and activities throughout the year develop the spirit of community and fellowship.Health
A Registered General Nurse is in charge of the Sanatorium full-time and she and her assistant (also a RGN) provide cover all times. Boarders are registered with the School Doctor who visits twice weekly and additionally when necessary.Dining Room
An excellent range of varied and well-balanced meals is provided in the School’s spacious dining room. Girls and staff are regularly consulted about the menus that always include vegetarian meals, fresh fruit and salads as well as a choice of hot meals and desserts.
